Center Director

Responsibilities:

  • Lead hiring and create a motivating, inclusive work environment that retains staff

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to evaluate and ensure program quality standards

  • Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable, while ensuring budget compliance

  • Build strong relationships and communicate proactively with families, clients, staff, and licensing

 

Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development related field is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • At least four years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required

  • Experience in both teaching (infant, toddler, or preschool) and administration of a child care center is required

  • Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards is required

Preschool & Daycare Teachers

Responsibilities:

  • Interact affectionately and respectfully with children.

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.

  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Communicate professionally and warmly with peers, children, and parents.

  • Collaborate effectively and work well with other teachers and school staff members.

  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures while supervising the children at all times.

 

 Qualifications:

  • High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.

  • Previous experience working in daycare, preschool, or child care settings with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is preferred.

  • Coursework in early childhood education and child development is preferred.

 

Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities

  • Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

  • Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.

  • Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
