Center Director
Responsibilities:

Lead hiring and create a motivating, inclusive work environment that retains staff

Collaborate with the leadership team to evaluate and ensure program quality standards

Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable, while ensuring budget compliance
-
Build strong relationships and communicate proactively with families, clients, staff, and licensing
Qualifications:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
-
Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development related field is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
-
At least four years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required
-
Experience in both teaching (infant, toddler, or preschool) and administration of a child care center is required
-
Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards is required
Preschool & Daycare Teachers
Responsibilities:

Interact affectionately and respectfully with children.

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.

Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Communicate professionally and warmly with peers, children, and parents.

Collaborate effectively and work well with other teachers and school staff members.

Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures while supervising the children at all times.
Qualifications:

High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Previous experience working in daycare, preschool, or child care settings with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is preferred.

Coursework in early childhood education and child development is preferred.
Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities
